Sometimes, a customer’s payment will be put on hold. This means that even though the payment is successful from the customer’s side, due to some security reasons it is temporarily put on hold on KUL’s system until successfully verified.
What should I do if my payment is on hold?
For security purposes, we need a scanned copy of any government-issued ID to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
e.g. UAE Emirates ID, Saudi National ID
